Our client offers a wide portfolio of technology and solutions, including IC test program design, front-end engineering test, wafer probe, wafer bump, substrate design and supply, wafer-level package, flip chip, system-in-package, and final test. This role presents an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization at the forefront of semiconductor technology.

What you'll be doing?
  • Product Qualification: Responsible for new product off-loads and qualification to meet customers' requirements.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to analyze and improve product yield and performance, and optimize the testing process.
  • Test Program Management: Implement and maintain test programs/hardware to support product sort and final test operations.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare engineering reports and conduct regular technical reviews with customers.
  • Test Solution Development: Develop and transfer test solutions for both Wafer Sort and Final Test to production sites.
  • Process Documentation: Define, document, and specify test processes and procedures for new products.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SPC and FMEA, and proficiency in coding using Python and other related languages.
Other Information
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:15pm
  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Salary: Basic $3500 - $4500 + AWS + VB
