Central Region, Singapore LX_International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Full time $42,000 - $72,000 per year

This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with our HQ in Korea, suppliers in Korea and China, customers in Indonesia, and warehouses.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and quality issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Process PO orders, manage goods returns, and handle sales entries through SAP.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Ensure month-end stock records align with warehouse reports.
  • Review monthly sales reports in terms of sales amounts and profits.
  • Monitor slow-moving stock and aging AR to ensure effective debt management.

  • Fresh graduates from any discipline or qualification background are welcome to apply.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to international trade regulations and policies.
  • Willing to work overtime during month-end closing periods.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
