We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Application Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview: The IT Applications Manager leads the end-to-end integration of key enterprise and operational systems within GasCo's business, enabling seamless digital workflows from contract origination to cargo scheduling and throughput delivery to Gencos. This role ensures that business-critical applications, including SAP B1, Gas Management System, Bloomberg and enterprise data environments, are configured, governed, and optimised for reliable, secure, and scalable data flow across functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Systems Integration & Architecture

  • Support in the implementation of integrated data flows across areas which include but are not limited to origination, contract management, cargo scheduling, invoicing, and operational delivery systems
  • Align system architecture with regulatory reporting needs and commercial operations

Application Management & Enhancement

  • Support implementation, customisation, and lifecycle support of applications including SAP B1, gas management systems, Bloomberg, and internal data warehousing platforms
  • Drive system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and application roadmap planning
  • Support all enhancements and on-going change requests matters pertaining to the application's operational day-to-day needs

Data Governance & Infrastructure

  • Oversee the integrity and flow of data across operational systems to ensure accuracy in contract execution, metering, billing, and forecasting
  • Collaborate on the architecture and optimisation of data lakes and enterprise data warehouses for analytics, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness

Application Security & Compliance

  • Ensure application best practices and compliance with data protection policies within all critical applications
  • Support audit processes and implement role-based access control and system segregation duties

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with commercial, regulatory, operations, and finance teams to gather user requirements, manage change requests, and ensure system alignment with business outcomes
  • Translate business processes into technical specifications to support continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP B1, Bloomberg Terminal/API integration, gas scheduling systems, and data infrastructure platforms (e.g. Azure Data lake, etc.)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solution design skills
  • Understanding of gas/LNG contractual and operational processes (e.g. nomination, allocation, throughput, etc.)
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in managing enterprise applications, preferably in the gas or LNG sectors
