Job Description:

  • Warmly welcome and register all members and their guests, anticipating needs and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Provide expert recommendations and service for an exclusive selection of wines, spirits, and beers.
  • Confidently prepare classic and signature cocktails as requested by members, utilizing strong bartending experience and techniques.
  • Manage all bar stock, including wine, spirits, mixers, and coffee beans, placing orders to maintain optimal par levels.
  • Handle and present light food items, including setting up and clearing breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea service.
  • Manage lounge bookings, process simple payment transactions (if required), and assist with stocktaking and supplier liaison.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Proven bartender experience is essential, with strong practical knowledge of classic cocktails, wine varietals, and spirits.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, a highly professional appearance, and a natural ability to engage with a sophisticated corporate clientele.
