Bartender

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar tools, glassware, and work surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the manager regarding stock needs.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system accurately.
• Assist with bar setup and closing duties.
• Suggest and upsell cocktails, wines, and other beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service across the restaurant or venue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or event setting.
• Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
