About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Oxford Graphic Printers Pte Ltd. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning designs that engage and captivate our clients. This is a full-time position based in the Kaki Bukit East Region.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate their vision into impactful visual solutions

  • Create a wide range of designs, including magazines, marketing collateral, newsletters, and digital assets

  • Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, techniques, and best practices

  • Ensure all design work meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with the company's brand and style guidelines

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the company's design portfolio

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless implementation of designs

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the print, arts, and media industry

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

  • Adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously expanding your design expertise
