Singapore ONYX SG PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

A leading international school in Singapore offering a British-based curriculum from early years to pre-university is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to join the team.

Reporting to the Head of Admissions, the incumbent will manage the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and maintaining a high standard of applicant experience. This role involves evaluating applications, verifying documentation, and providing clear guidance to prospective students and their families on program offerings, requirements, and timelines. The incumbent will collaborate closely with academic and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets while upholding the integrity of the admissions process. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and reputation of the institution through effective student recruitment and support.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with international schools and the local Singaporean education landscape.
  • Previous experience working directly with children.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to create materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders, including parents and prospective students.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient with IT tools, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in the education sector in a comparable position is strongly preferred.
