1.吧台店务运营

1.1管理吧台的日常运营活动

1.2跟踪并管理吧台的库存,制作补货计划,减少浪费和损失。

1.3确保吧台内部和外部环境的清洁和整洁,符合卫生标准和法规。

2.食品安全与卫生

2.1熟悉并严格遵守食品安全和卫生标准,确保食材的存储、制作产品过程中的卫生规定。

2.2监督吧台团队的食品安全行为和操作,并开展培训以确保团队成员的遵循。

2.3定期检查和维护吧台设备的卫生与安全,确保符合相关法规和标准。

3.产品质量和速度

3.1确保出品的饮品符合公司的品质标准,并提供一致优质的餐饮体验。

3.2监督饮品的制作过程,确保饮品的份量、口感和味道符合顾客期望。

3.3保证饮品出品的速度和效率,以满足顾客的需求和期望。

4.成本管理

4.1控制吧台成本,合理利用食材并减少浪费,制定并执行采购计划。

4.2监督库存管理,确保食材的及时补充和使用周期的控制。

1. Bar Operations Management
1.1 Manage the daily operations of the bar.
1.2 Monitor and manage bar inventory, develop restocking plans, and reduce waste and loss.
1.3 Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of both the interior and exterior of the bar in compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.

2. Food Safety and Hygiene
2.1 Be familiar with and strictly follow food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring hygiene during storage and preparation processes.
2.2 Supervise the bar team's food safety practices and conduct training to ensure compliance.
2.3 Regularly inspect and maintain bar equipment to ensure hygiene and safety in line with relevant regulations and standards.

3. Product Quality and Speed
3.1 Ensure that all beverages meet the company's quality standards and provide a consistent and high-quality dining experience.
3.2 Supervise the beverage preparation process to ensure proper portioning, taste, and flavor that meet customer expectations.
3.3 Ensure the speed and efficiency of beverage service to meet customer demands and expectations.

4. Cost Management
4.1 Control bar costs, make efficient use of ingredients, and reduce waste by creating and executing procurement plans.
4.2 Oversee inventory management to ensure timely replenishment and proper usage cycles of ingredients.
4.3 Provide cost-effective solutions to reduce expenses and increase profitability.

Requirements:

教育程度:职业学校及以上学历

工作经验:餐饮行业3年以上,在西式餐厅的吧台负责人职位1年以上

工作技能:

1.具备深入的酒水知识,包括各类酒品、饮料特制和调酒技巧;

2.熟悉不同类型的饮品配方和制作流程,能够设计和创新菜单,并了解市场趋势;

3.具备吧台运营管理技能,如订单处理,库存管理,成本控制等;

4.熟悉卫生和食品安全标准,能够确保吧台操作符合相关法规和要求;

5.具备良好的组织和时间管理能力,能够合理安排工作任务。

Education Level: Vocational school diploma or above
Work Experience: Over 3 years in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1 year as a bar supervisor in a Western-style restaurant

Job Skills:

  1. In-depth knowledge of beverages, including various types of alcohol, specialty drinks, and mixology techniques
  2. Familiarity with different drink recipes and preparation processes; ability to design and innovate menus while understanding market trends
  3. Bar operations management skills, such as order processing, inventory management, and cost control
  4. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring bar operations comply with relevant regulations and requirements
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to allocate tasks efficiently
