Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client IT infrastructure, systems, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic advice on technology solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and optimize IT systems, including software applications, networks, and cloud solutions.
  • Lead IT transformation projects, including system integration, migration, and digital adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop technical documentation, project plans, and business requirement specifications.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions for business needs.
  • Provide guidance on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience as an IT Consultant or in a senior IT role.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, databases, and network infrastructure.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory is preferred.
  • Certification(s) such as ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, or relevant cloud certifications is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in business process reengineering and IT operational optimization.
  • Exposure to data analytics, BI tools, or AI/ML technologies .
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards .
