1. Project Designer / Interior Designer

• 5 Days Role
• Office near to MacPherson MRT
• Budget: $
• Company is doing Renovation / A&A projects for Shopping Mall / Commercial Building.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design background
• At least 2 years working experience is required for this post.

Job Scopes:

• Understand the design & concept of ID drawings.
• Propose new design concepts if required.
• Source for sample material (For design-build projects only) and
• Prepare sample board according client sample.
• Client liaising and communication.
• Design submission & detailing
• Prepare schematic M&E drawings for PE endorsement.
• Prepare drawings for mall submission according to submission requirements.
• Work out technical and construction details including loose furniture & fixed furniture items for factory production.
• Technical discussions with production team.
• Design coordination
• Monitor off-site production for compliance with design details and material specification.
• Monitor off-site production timeframe.
• Advise site supervisors on requirements at site and refer to QS when clients require changes.
• Update team over the course of the project for design related issues.
• Pre-handover inspection with team, client, and mall.
• Prepare and submit as-built drawings to mall after project completion.

2. Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer

• Working Days : Monday - Friday ( 9am - 6pm)
• Location : Lower Delta Road - Redhill
• Salary: Junior $2000-$2800 + Comm / Senior $3000- $4000

Job Description:

• Handle sales enquirers.
• Able to communicate with client to understand their need and built rapport.
• Provide advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specification.
• Manage project costing, preparation of quotation accordance to customer needs.
• Site Coordination and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.
• Deliver the projects based on target time.

Requirements:

• With 2-4years experience preference.
• Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Photoshop/ Autocad/ Sketch Up.

3. Interior Designer

• Salary: SGD 2,300–3,000
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 9 AM–6 PM / Saturday: 9 AM–1 PM
• Working days: 5.5-day work week
• Work Address: Kaki Bukit Ave

Job Scope: Interior design and on-site supervision.

Requirements:

• Skilled in interior design and drafting.
• Experience in F&B (food & beverage) shop design and renovation supervision.
• Must hold a relevant design diploma.
• Willing to travel for work.

4. Interior Designer (Retail Fit-Out)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
• Office Location: Eunos
• Salary: $3000-$4000 (Depend on Experience)

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of retail space planning, fixture design, and material application.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple retail projects under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept s Design Development

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts tailored for retail environments.
• Translate branding and customer experience objectives into spatial design ideas.
• 2D Drawings s Technical Drafting

Prepare detailed 2D drawings including:

• Space plans
• Furniture layouts
• Reflected ceiling plans (RCP)
• Elevations and sections
• Joinery and construction details
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes and fit-out requirements.

3D Visualization

• Create realistic 3D perspectives/renders to visualize the final retail space.
• Model design concepts using software like SketchUp, or similar.
• Present rendered views and walk-throughs to clients and stakeholders.
