Job Description & Requirements

The Aircraft Engineer is responsible for performing, supervising, and certifying maintenance, repairs, CAMO, and inspections on company aircraft to ensure airworthiness, safety, and compliance with aviation regulatory requirements. This role involves diagnosing technical issues, carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and ensuring that all work meets approved standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day routine maintenance & rectification of aircraft defects
  • Attend to aircraft routine transit/daily/weekly/monthly checks and other line maintenance duties
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft and/or engines and all associated aircraft systems
  • Inspect finished work, operation/functional tests and aircraft defect rectification.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data, company and authority requirements.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and servicing in accordance with the approved maintenance program.
  • Diagnose and rectify technical defects on aircraft, systems, and components.
  • Conduct unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
  • Assisting in the investigation of incident/accident reports and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Ensuring that tools & equipment under his control are properly maintained, calibrated and correctly used for the jobs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, logbooks, and technical documentation.
  • Management, Updating, and Safe keeping of Tools, Aircraft Materials, Technical Publications, and Company Assets.
  • Ensure all maintenance actions are properly recorded in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with flight operations, engineering, and procurement teams to coordinate maintenance schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with aircraft crew and management regarding technical status and operational readiness.
  • Ensure proper use, calibration, and maintenance of tools and ground support equipment.
  • Report any defective or unsafe equipment for repair or replacement.
  • Support other department in relevant jobs and any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • You have minimum Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License with at least 6 years experience.
  • knowledge of English language and MS Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills a must
  • You are expected to respond to urgent and maintenance calls.
  • You must have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the team.
  • This job requires to work during weekends and public holidays.
  • Aircraft Engineers with experience on the G650ER and G550 will be considered.
  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident are most welcome.
