We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Floor Captain/Supervisor to assist in running daily front-of-house operations. The Floor Captain/Supervisor will ensure smooth service, uphold brand standards, and support the team on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service
- Run day-to-day floor operations, ensuring efficient table turnover and smooth guest flow.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue.
- Handle or receive guest feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Monitor floor setup, reservations, and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.
Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels on the floor (menus, cutlery, barware, etc.) and report shortages.
- Support management with reporting and incident documentation as required.
Team Leadership & Training (Supervisor)
- Lead and motivate service staff during shifts, ensuring teamwork and efficiency.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, delegate duties, and ensure staff are well-prepared.
- Train new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operating procedures.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and support to ensure consistent performance.
Requirements (Captain)
- No minimum years of experience needed, we welcome anyone with a positive attitude and passion
- Strong team player and willing to learn.
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements (Supervisor)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. (Supervisor)
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
