What a System Engineer Does in Titansoft

  • Support and maintain all aspects of the office IT infrastructure and application servers, including Physical servers, Private Cloud, Public Cloud
  • Maintain infrastructure of application environment, such as GCP, K8s and Hypervisor, AD, DNS, SMTP, Proxy, Load balancer, NTP, Linux Server, IaC tools, automation tools
  • Cooperate with software developers to deploy, troubleshooting Cloud applications
  • Apply operating systems updates, patches and configuration changes.
  • Perform routine audits of systems and software.
  • System performance monitoring
  • Able to do research and deploy system enhancements with minimal supervision.
  • Execute tasks assigned by direct supervisor including scheduled after hours on-call responsibility.

What we are looking for in a Senior System Engineer

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Information Management or related fields
  • CKA or Google License is preferred
  • 2+ years experience in Linux server environment configuration and troubleshooting
  • Shell scripting (bash, Powershell) ability to automate administration jobs
  • Familiar with HTTP, TCP/IP and related trouble shooting experience
  • Enjoy collaborating ideas and works well with a Team
  • Maintain Active Directory and Group Policy
  • PC/Notebook and Server troubleshooting
  • Basic Networking skill
  • Familiar with Linux Server, Kubernetes, Nginx, HAproxy, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Hypervisor, Ansible, Jenkins
  • Fluent in Chinese to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts
