Physician Engagement Executive

This position reports to the Operations Lead/Physician Engagement Lead. Bridgepoint Health, an operating entity of Sheares Healthcare, manages the United Primary Care Network (PCN). As a Physician Engagement Executive, you play a vital role in supporting the key objectives of the PCN, with focus on providing optimal care for chronic patients. You are expected to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering the highest standard of care to our patients.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with GPs and clinic staff with our/partner/affiliate clinics.
- Work closely with our/partner/affiliate clinics for but not limited to PCN, AIC, MOH, HSG initiatives and track enrolment of chronic and well patients.
- Serve as a liaison between partner/affiliate clinics and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and programme delivery.
- Assist with the onboarding of new partner clinics and provide guidance on workflows, services, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate and support PCN, AIC, MOH, HSG programmes such as chronic disease management, diabetic retinal and foot screenings, and nurse counselling.
- Plan and organize engagement activities including clinic visits, feedback sessions, CME events, and other networking opportunities.
- Monitor programme participation and assist with data collection and reporting in line with MOH requirements.
- Organize Quarterly meetings and be a secretariat for quarterly meetings.
- Liaise with Clinic Management Software (CMS) Vendors to support our partners.
- Provide administrative support to partners on patient referral to community and social partners, such as Active Aging Centres (AAC), Day Care, Home Care services etc.
- Identify challenges and support continuous improvement efforts in service delivery and clinic engagement.
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant field with 2 years of working experience.
- Familiarity with the way of working of a clinic.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with various clinic management systems is a plus.
- Technology Savvy and computer-literate including use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Can-do attitude, adaptable to situations.
