We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations, team supervision, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring departmental activities to achieve business goals.

  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making and operational execution.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Prior experience in multinational or multicultural work environments is preferred.
