CQV Engineer

• CQV Execution
• Support and execute commissioning and qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for biotech process equipment, systems, and clean utilities (WFI, clean steam, gases, HVAC).
• Participate in FAT/SAT, installation verification, troubleshooting, and punch-list resolution.
• Ensure CQV deliverables are aligned with GMP standards.
• Prepare validation documentation: plans, protocols, reports, traceability matrices, deviations.
• Process Engineering Support
• Contribute to design review and assessment of biotech manufacturing processes (upstream and downstream).
• Provide input on PFDs, P&IDs, URS, equipment lists, and process specifications.
• Support vendor qualification and technical follow-up for biotech process systems.
• Client & Project Interaction
• Work on-site as part of the Client's integrated CQV/Engineering team.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, ensuring technical alignment between process design and CQV execution.
• Report progress, risks, and deviations in line with project quality and schedule requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $7, $12,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Biotech/Pharmaceutical, Engineering & CQV process.: 5 years (Preferred)
