Procurement Clerk

Job Descriptions

· Support the project team in the purchase of equipment, materials, and services

· Maintain accurate records of procurement activities

· Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and other procurement documents

· Coordinate with suppliers in pricing

· To ensure timely delivery of goods and services

· Assist in the management of supplier relationships

· Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies

· Research potential suppliers and products

· Assist in equipment inspections and registrations

· Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.
• Relevant Professional Qualification or a Diploma (Logistic and Supply Chain Management)
• Ability to work along with and motivate team members
• Good communication and presentation skills in word and excel
• Able to speak and write in English and Chinese as our HQ is from Taiwan.
