Job Description:

  • Preparation of commercial & technical proposals to customer professionally.

  • Managing and monitor bid quotations submission is timely.

  • Project planning, execution and completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

  • Prepare drawings and other technical submittals. Ensure to provide timely technical support and response during the bidding process.

  • To ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specification as per customer's requirements.

  • Monitoring schedules and coordinating project with all stakeholders.

  • Prepare schedules, accomplishment reports and other documents required by client/owners.

  • To report work progress of project to General Manager/Managing Director.

  • Ensure all orders are sent on time.

  • Ensure all terms and conditions are understood

  • Engaged in Design layout using AUTOCAD.

Requirement:

  • At least Minimum 4 years of working experience in Mechanical Engineering is required for this position.

(Preferably in Marine & Offshore Industry, but other Industry are welcome.)

  • Well-versed in AUTOCAD drawing is a must.
