At Lancia Consult, our people have the freedom to think innovatively, work autonomously, and be empowered to make their own decisions, whilst working in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant who is experienced in NetSuite or similar softwares, to join our team based in Singapore.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will own and drive at least one technical stream/topic, be responsible for end-to-end technical processes involving software implementation and platform development strategy, ensuring quality controls are in place for overall solutions. This may involve third-party software, low-code platforms, or custom-built solutions. 

Your expertise is critical in guiding product and technology development, aligning them and out technical team with our business vision.

You can expect to:

• Provide Technical Solutions- Responsible for multiple technical streams/topics, driving software/platform development strategies; Manage preparation of design specifications and oversee teams in design, build, test, deploy, support, and maintenance of software applications, whether third-party, low-code platforms, or custom-build solutions
• Drive Client's Technology Transformation- Design robust solutions and lead development of architectural strategies
  
• Business Development- Actively contribute to BD discussions with end-to-end solutions for various technical streams; updated with software development tools and industry standards
  
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement- clients, stakeholders, teams, leading a team/leaders, managing projects and resources by delegating work packages and coaching team members to develop technical & leadership skills
  
  

What we're looking for:

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with at least 4-8 years of relevant experience, excited to further hone leadership skills, contributing to a high-performing environment to deliver impactful solutions to our clients.

• Are proficient in database systems, scripting, and programming languages- Able to flex your skills across different types of products and technologies, etc.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills-
  able to empathise with, coach, inspire, correct and guide the team and individuals
• Embody a growth mindset- Genuine focus on growing the team, contributing to our feedback culture, committed to developing junior talents and peer circles
  

You will typically bring experience in: 

• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, including configuration, scripting, integrations, or implementation
• Working independently to shape solutions for clients
• End-to-end solution design, project implementation and management
• Business process design and optimisation
• Full stack development experience
• Designing and building web and/or mobile applications
• JavaScript and HTML
• Database design concepts and SQL
• Cloud-based applications and services
• Domain experience in any business area (e.g. HR, Finance, CRM, Supply Chain)
• Leading projects and working with colleagues to deliver incredible quality outcomes
• Any field of study/experience or relevant professional consulting experience
