Your Key Responsibilities

As a Certis Security Officer, you are the eyes and ears of your assigned location. Your role is dynamic and vital, involving:

• Access Control: Acting as the first line of defense by managing entry points, verifying credentials, and preventing unauthorized access.
• Patrolling & Vigilance: Conducting regular patrols (on foot and using stairs) of the premises, using electronic clocking systems to ensure all areas are secure and identifying any suspicious activities or objects.
• Incident Response: Being prepared to respond to and manage various security incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Customer Service: Providing assistance and information, representing Certis with professionalism and integrity.

We offer structured shift patterns that give you predictability in your personal life

• Permanent Shifts: You can be assigned to a permanent day shift or permanent night shift, allowing for a stable routine.
• Shift Pattern: A rotating pattern of 3 days on, 1 day off, followed by 4 days on, 1 day off.
• Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts

Diverse Deployment Sites

Your skills will be valued at a variety of prestigious locations across Singapore. We strive to assign you based on your residential area, shift preference, and site type. You could be deployed to:

• Government Key Installations
• Hospitals & Polyclinics
• Shopping Malls
• Central Business Hubs

Do You Have What It Takes? (We Will Train You)

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• Able to speak and write basic English.
• No experience necessary Full training is provided for candidates without a security license.
• For those already trained: Must possess a valid Security Officer Identification Card with more than 6 months validity.
