Job Description:

As an Event Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue through the promotion and sale of our event services and solutions. You will engage with potential clients, understand their event needs, and offer tailored event packages that align with their goals. Your responsibilities will include client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure event success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential clients who require event planning, venue rental, or event marketing services.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to promote event services, highlighting the benefits and customized value of our offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research & Industry Trends: Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to position our events competitively in the market.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales: Manage pricing negotiations and close sales efficiently while meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the event planning and operations team to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction from sale to execution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • ⁠Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • ⁠Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented, with a passion for sales and events.
  • Knowledge of event planning processes, logistics, or venue sales is an advantage.
