Telemarketing Agent

To promote ISCA's Refer a Friend Campaign by reaching out to eligible ACCA and CPA Australia members, encouraging referrals and sign-ups for ISCA membership, and supporting campaign conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to leads provided by ISCA (including existing members, ACCA/CPAA contacts, and event attendees)
• Introduce the benefits of ISCA membership and the CA (Singapore) designation in a professional and respectful manner
• Explain the referral campaign perks (e.g., free Accountify/Boardflix subscriptions, CPD vouchers)
• Address basic queries about eligibility, sign-up process, and deadlines
• Record call outcomes and update lead status in CRM or tracking sheet
• Follow up with interested leads via WhatsApp or email (templates provided)
• Escalate complex queries to ISCA Member Services team
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ISCA's data protection policies

Requirements

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer outreach preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with the accounting profession or professional membership bodies is an advantage
• Able to work independently and meet outreach targets
• Professional, courteous, and respectful tone when engaging with leads
