As a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations — ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience while leading a high-performing team.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to meet sales goals and uphold service excellence
• Building strong relationships with customers and handling feedback with professionalism
• Leading, motivating, and mentoring your team to achieve performance and service targets
• Planning staff rosters and delivering training on customer service and product knowledge
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Managing inventory, operational costs, and restaurant profitability
• Preparing timely reports on staffing, sales, and performance for the Operations Head
• Coordinating with suppliers, licensing authorities, and internal teams
• Taking on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
