Job Description Summary: We are seeking a strategic and creative B2B Content Marketer to drive impactful content and social media initiatives for PayPal. This role will be responsible for building a sophisticated content marketing strategy that includes crafting engaging customer success stories, testimonials, thought leadership content, value proposition and product campaigns and sales materials. This role will also be responsible for a regional roll out of brand websites and building an AI & search engine optimised blog that resonates with our target audiences and fuels business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in developing content that spans multiple formats.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer-focused, omnichannel campaigns to drive traffic, capture demand, and generate revenue
• Leverage data and technology to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources
• Track, measure, and report program performance, optimizing for efficiency and scalability
• Lead A/B testing and iterative optimization of campaigns and marketing programs
• Optimize team structure and processes to foster a culture of high performance and innovation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
