Preventive Maintenance Operations - (Day/Night Rotating Shifts)

Overview:

This role focuses on performing regular checks, monitoring and supporting smooth, consistent production in a cleanroom water fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance and inspections according to established schedules.
  • Clean, check, and service machines to keep them operating safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor equipment status and respond promptly to any alerts or irregular conditions.
  • Support recovery of equipment when needed to minimize production delays.
  • Record all maintenance work clearly and accurately in the system.
  • Follow all cleanroom and safety procedures at all times.
  • Report any unsafe situations or equipment concerns immediately.
  • Work closely with other team members and supervisors to maintain stable operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a wafer fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable handling tools and performing hands-on maintenance tasks.
  • Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts pattern), including day and night shifts.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a cleanroom suit and handle equipment safely.
