Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of the sales orders are being processed to the Warehouse/3PL
• Ensure 100% of the sales orders are released
• Recover unfulfilled orders with accuracy, speed and good communication
• Ensure picking confirmation is sent by the 3PL
• Post all sales orders to system (Navision)
• Ensure 100% invoices to be printed and sorted by trucks and pass to Transport Team to deliver the goods
• Provide correct health certificates, Halal certificates and other required documents requested by Sales Team
• Ensure all Ship Supply Customers sales orders are in schedule and with the right ship markings
• Generate daily report with all pending invoices
• Update customers website regarding the confirmation of the deliveries, uploading invoices where necessary
• Ensure all the prepayment orders and Ariba orders are being sent to 3PL for delivery schedule
• Communicate and coordinate between stakeholders (3PL, Sales, Warehouse and Transport)
• Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Key Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimally 1 year working experience in order processing operations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Knowledge of Navision, especially in order processing preferred
• Experience in supply chain fulfilment
• Good time management skill, able to multi-task
• Must have a customer-orientated approach
• Able to work independently and contribute effectively to the team
• Analytical with good attention to details
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
