Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Supply Chain) to join our team. This is a remote, KPI-based role focused on driving business growth, developing supplier partnerships, and expanding market opportunities across Singapore and the region.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong supplier and distributor relationships.
- Identify new markets, customers, and sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain performance.
- Monitor KPIs including supplier reliability, cost efficiency, and sales growth.
- Provide regular business development and market intelligence reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business development, sales, or supply chain.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet KPI-based targets.
- Familiarity with Singapore/ASEAN supply chain market is an advantage.
- Experience in related field.
