Part time rate from $13.60 to $18.50 per hour (Able to commit 1 year)

Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

Location: Kim Keat Road (Willingness to travel)

Job description

  • Processing of applications from practitioners for registration, examinations update of particulars, reprint of certificates and other applications related matters.
  • Attend and prepare replies to email enquiries on application.
  • Assist in logistics and procurement of items for examinations.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to read and communicate in Chinese, to handle documents and liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Preferably with prior experience in administrative or processing work
  • Able to commit to a 1 year temporary assignment
