Marketing Intern (Lifestyle-Focused Content Creation)

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Intern with a flair for creativity and a passion for storytelling through lifestyle content. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the full spectrum of marketing and media production, with no pressure or expectations to become a Financial Consultant. Your journey here will be focused solely on marketing, content, and building a brand that resonates with people on a lifestyle level.

Potential Conversion to Full-Time Role as a Marketing Executive

Commitment: 6-month internship with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role, based on strong performance and significant growth in social media engagement. This is a 5-day work week position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

• Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, etc.)
• Participate in both behind-the-scenes work and on-camera presence when required
• Operate basic camera gear and audio equipment for shoots and podcasts
  Support set-up for podcast sessions, including sound checks and coordination

Podcast Management

• Brainstorm and script podcast episode topics centered around lifestyle, growth, and inspiration
• Record and edit podcast episodes, ensuring sound quality and flow
  Assist in uploading and distributing content across platforms

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Curation

• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas
• Curate and execute lifestyle-themed marketing campaigns that build brand personality
  Track performance of digital campaigns and suggest ideas to improve engagement

Social Media Engagement

• Help manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Research trends and pitch ideas for fresh, relevant content
  Engage with the community in a fun, authentic way (never salesy)

Branding & Storytelling

• Craft captions, headlines, and content that align with the brand's tone and values
• Develop narratives that feel real, inspiring, and relatable, our focus is lifestyle, not selling
• Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Undergraduates are welcome to apply if you have 6 months to commit
• Ability to think on your feet in order to massively grow organic followers
• Able to contribute fresh ideas, follow trends, and adapt content creatively to match our brand's voice and aesthetic.
• Good Communication Skills
• Can write captions, brainstorm podcast topics, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Self-Starter Attitude Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other editing software
• Prior involvement in social media management, vlogging, or campus ambassador roles
• Comfortable appearing on camera or hosting podcasts
