● I Develop my sports' performances : services solutions, adapted to suit my customer and across all channels (physical, digital).

● Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and build their loyalty through close interactions.

● Offer our customers a seamless and smooth Omni-Channel Experience through the

Decathlon app.

● Offer workshop services for personalizing my customer's product, or extending its lifespan.
