Our Client is seeking a seasoned Broker Support Specialist to join our Treaty team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Deep understanding of Treaty reinsurance markets across Asia Pacific
  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in supporting and processing Treaty risks

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage premium recording, processing, and payments; track and resolve outstanding documentation
  • Ensure timely closure of market documentation, with attention to Premium Payment Warranty terms
  • Address technical queries from clients, markets, credit control, claims, and internal teams to safeguard client interests
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to management
  • Maintain diary systems to ensure timely file progression
  • Monitor signings and premium settlements; resolve queries and keep stakeholders informed
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all systems
  • Conduct quality checks on documentation to uphold compliance standards
  • Adhere to Miller's internal policies and procedures, including legal, regulatory, and financial crime frameworks
  • Comply with external requirements such as Lloyd's byelaws and MAS regulations
  • Represent and promote Miller's brand and values to strengthen market reputation
