About the role

FAC ASSURANCE PAC' is seeking a Japanese & Chinese Speaking Customer Relations Officer to join our team in our City Hall Central Region office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base through effective communication in Japanese and Chinese, as well as English.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries and requests across multiple channels including phone, email and live chat
  • Providing solutions and resolving customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend process enhancements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in Japanese and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
