Position Summary

We are seeking a Blue Prism Architect with deep expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of IT experience and proven leadership in Blue Prism Delivery, Discovery workshops, and POCs , while guiding teams to scale automation across the enterprise.

Architecture & Design
  • Define and implement automation architecture using Blue Prism in line with enterprise standards.
  • Conduct process discovery assessments to identify and qualify opportunities for automation.
  • Develop reusable, scalable, and secure Blue Prism frameworks, assets, and best practices.
POC & Discovery
  • Lead Discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility, ROI, and business case.
  • Recommend automation roadmaps, prioritization strategies, and scaling approaches.
Technical Leadership
  • Mentor and guide Blue Prism developers and junior architects.
  • Conduct code reviews, design validations, and governance checks .
  • Drive adoption of new features, integrations, and emerging automation technologies.
Implementation & Delivery
  • Manage the end-to-end RPA lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare).
  • Ensure compliance with security, exception handling, and credential management best practices .
  • Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud readiness in RPA deployments.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary technical authority for Blue Prism solutions.
  • Present POCs, automation strategies, and architectural recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales with solution demos, estimates, and technical proposals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in RPA automation delivery .
  • Mandatory Blue Prism Certification (Professional Developer, Solution Designer, or Architect).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism v6.x/v7.x (Control Room, Object/Process Studio, Work Queues, Scheduler).
  • Proven experience leading discovery workshops and POC delivery .
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, ERP/CRM integrations, and databases (SQL/Oracle) .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized deployments.
