We seek a well-rounded HR professional to join as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner . You will partner with organizational leaders to build and strengthen our people strategies, supporting our growth and transformation journey. Opportunities for professional growth and leadership abound.
Your impact includes:
- Collaborating with the HR team and Senior Director to deliver HR services aligned with organizational goals.
- Using data analytics for strategic reviews and decision-making.
- Driving HR initiatives for selected entities, guiding leaders and employees on policies, practices, and engagement.
- Leading wellness initiatives to promote emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
- Reviewing and implementing HR policies in collaboration with HR leads.
- Supporting internal communications and key initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR business partnering across various HR functions.
- Strategic, operational, and implementation skills.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and employment contracts.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Resilient, resourceful, and collaborative.
- Team-player mindset.
