We are looking for a detail-oriented Drafter (Construction) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure all drawings meet project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare construction drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software.
  • Update and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers/architects.
  • Ensure drawings meet required specifications, building codes, and standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information.
  • Assist in design calculations or material lists when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience as a drafter in construction is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit / other drafting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
