Responsibilities:

  • Provide TCM therapy services such as Tuina, Cupping, Guasha, Osteopathy Bone setting, Postnatal and Prenatal massage
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and clinic areas
  • Promote and recommend suitable health services or products to clients to meet their wellness needs
  • Build strong rapport and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Assist in the smooth running of daily clinic operations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Possess at least ITEC, NITEC, WSQ, CIBTAC, or equivalent Singapore-recognized massage certification
  • Basic IT skills for clinic operation systems
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Open to learning new techniques and improving skills
