About the role
As a Brand Ambassador & Merchandiser for Cygnett, you will immerse yourself in an interactive role while showcasing your passion for Consumer Electronics. You play a pivotal role in helping Cygnett increase their brand presence and presentation levels in their retail stores.. This full-time role is crucial in driving sales and enhancing the overall in-store customer experience.
You are an energetic, confident Ambassador with a genuine passion for people who will have their own store relationships. Success in this role will rely on your ability to leverage in-store relationships while you deliver product capability training and merchandising activity.
This is a Full-Time role with a Monday – Friday work week.
Flexibility with occasional before or after-hours training sessions required.
What you'll be doing· Territory Management in Singapore
· Building & maintaining strong relationship with store personnel.
· Planograms - executions & compliance checks.
· Communicating promotional activities & compliance checks.
· Negotiating off-location opportunities.
· Training salespeople with CYGNETT knowledge
· Accurate report in-store stock weights requiring attention
· Attend sales meetings at Cygnett Head Office (Australia) as required.
Sales Performance
· Assist in achieving sales budgets and sell through targets for Key Accounts.
· Manage sales and stock queries at a store level where required.
Reporting Requirements
· Submit regular reports on merchandising and compliance activities for planning and review where requested.
What we're looking for· Previous retail or merchandising experience.
· Consumer electronics experience preferred, but not necessary.
· Ability to communicate with different types of customers.
· Staff/Customer engagement and relationship building.
· Comfortable in a highly autonomous role.
· Available to conduct morning or evening training sessions

· Product Knowledge
· Ability to travel to regional areas.
Technical Knowledge:
· Well-developed knowledge of our product suite. Training will be provided.

Sales
· Assist in Achievement of sales team budgets
· Store visits + Reporting.
· Monthly store training + bi-monthly scheduling
