About the role

Our Service Delivery Engineers are the bridge between development and deployment, ensuring smooth launches, robust support, and high customer satisfaction.

You will be the technical face to customers and third parties — designing, deploying, and maintaining software systems. You'll blend technical acumen, customer focus, and leadership to manage delivery, escalations, and optimization across the full service lifecycle.

For earlier career candidates, we also have a Junior Engineer role with mentoring and pathway to senior.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance and support
  • Engage with customers to capture deployment requirements and configuration needs to plan and drive project rollouts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Perform post-implementation support and operational monitoring, including standby as needed
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment guides
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients, empowering them to effectively utilize our solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our offerings

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience (2+ years) in deploying, supporting, or integrating software products (Fresh Graduates will be considered for Junior position)
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, WiFi, and Web Software.
  • Technical hands-on skills in Linux, databases, and web applications]
  • Experience in Cloud Administration such as AWS and optional Azure and Huawei Clouds
  • Familiar with Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascripts and Web Frameworks
  • Excellent problem solver with structured troubleshooting approach
  • Clear communicator with ability to explain technical concepts to customers and stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a learning mindset and ability to operate independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to do after-hours work when needed
  • Skills and experience in AI and IOT will be advantage
