Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Technical Controller (TC) named in the company's Specialist Builder Licence application in accordance with BCA regulations.
  • Review, validate, and sign off on technical documentation, project methodologies, and construction workflows related to 3D concrete printing and reinforced concrete systems.
  • Provide professional engineering oversight to ensure all practices comply with BCA expectations on competence, safety, and structural quality.
  • Advise on licence category alignment, compliance statements, and engineering documentation.

RequirementsAcademic Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Building, or Construction Engineering from a BCA-recognised university (as listed under the List of Recognised Universities for RE/PE Registration).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in structural engineering or related works.
  • Proven understanding of structural systems, formwork, concrete works, or 3D-printing-related construction methods.

  • Singapore resident
