Project Coordinator – Interior Design

Join our dynamic and growing team to play a key role in delivering high-quality renovation and interior projects across Singapore. You'll work closely with clients, the design team, and contractors, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. You will gain exposure to a variety of prominent stakeholders in the interior design industry, and the valuable opportunity to grow and develop your project management skills in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Support the design team in executing renovation and interior design projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, liaising effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor and coordinate site activities, ensuring work progresses on time and meets quality and safety standards.
• Manage project administration, including documentation, reports, invoices, and permits.
• Address maintenance and ad-hoc repair needs promptly to ensure seamless project flow.
• Attend project meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Required Knowledge & Skills:
• At least 1 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in an interior design or renovation company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A background in Interior Design, or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
