Key Responsibilities

  • IT Coordination & Support: Provide first-level helpdesk assistance (e.g., basic troubleshooting, software access, account setup) and coordinate with external vendors for advanced issues. Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and related documentation.
  • Procurement & Administration: Manage quotations, purchasing, and budgeting for IT and communications needs. Ensure records and reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Communications & Creative Support: Assist in drafting of internal announcements, reports, and presentations. Update and maintain company social media pages and website with relevant content and visuals when necessary.
  • Event & Team Support: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, from logistics to communication materials and on-site support.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder (No formal IT qualification required but should be IT savvy and have basic knowledge of computers.)
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn basic IT troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors.
  • A creative flair and comfort working with social media or basic website content management tools.
