Interior Project Coordinator / Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a systematic, hands-on, and detail-oriented Interior Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee renovation projects from start to completion. You'll plan, coordinate, and supervise site works while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are achieved.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, project timelines, and submission documents
  • Provide technical guidance and identify potential site issues before execution
  • Manage manpower and resources to complete site works within the schedule
  • Implement corrective actions and resolve site or technical challenges effectively
  • Conduct on-site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Perform defect checks and maintain proper service records
  • Collaborate closely with designers, decorators, and vendors to ensure project alignment
  • Regularly update the Project Director on progress and site conditions

Requirements
  • Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of project coordination and site management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
