About the role

TAG Dental is looking for a passionate Dental Assistant & Receptionist to join us full-time. You will be the heart of our busy clinic, providing both exceptional patient care and vital administrative support to help us run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing the treatment room, sterilising instruments, and handing the dentist the necessary tools
  2. Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Maintaining accurate patient records, processing payments, and handling administrative tasks as required
  4. Ensuring the clinic is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
  5. Providing compassionate and attentive care to patients throughout their visit

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a dental assistant or receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and empathetic manner
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficiency in using dental software and office equipment
  5. A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
