Role Overview

CASE is seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in producing compelling visual content that educates and engages consumers. The ideal candidate will be adept in graphic design and video production, with a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for consumer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design : Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, posters, social media visuals, and digital banners, ensuring alignment with CASE's branding and messaging.
  • Video Production : Plan, shoot, and edit video content for campaigns, educational materials, and social media platforms, enhancing consumer awareness and engagement.
  • Content Strategy Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute multimedia content that supports CASE's initiatives and objectives.
  • Brand Consistency : Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms, adhering to CASE's brand guidelines.
  • Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Able to support the marketing team during events and roadshows with photography or videography.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : Advanced skills in Illustrator , Photoshop , and Premiere Pro are essential.
  • Video Production Expertise : Experience in shooting and editing videos, with a strong understanding of storytelling and pacing.
  • Creative Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video projects.
  • Communication Skills : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous in design execution and content accuracy.
  • Time Management : Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Able to work after office hours where necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational Background : Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a multimedia design role, preferably within a non-profit or advocacy organization.
