Full-Time / Permanent Part-Time Teachers

Canadian Education College, located in Orchard, Singapore, is an EDUTRUST school. We are currently hiring experienced and professional ESL teachers for full-time and part-time permanent positions. This job is open to Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents only as we do not have quotas to apply for SP or EP.

We're looking for educators with strong, hands-on classroom experience and a proven ability to deliver clear, engaging, and effective English instruction. This role is ideal for teachers who are confident working with a variety of learners — from young children to adults — and who are comfortable teaching general English, exam preparation, and more specialized courses.

You'll be joining a small, dedicated team at a reputable language school that values professionalism, consistency, and student success.

As part of our academic team, you'll be responsible for teaching a mix of English programs, including:

• General English (Certificate in English – Beginner to Advanced)
• IELTS Preparation
• TESOL Certification Courses
• Private Lessons (1-on-1)
• Small Group Classes for Kids and Adults
• Upcoming new programs (STEM)

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering lessons that are engaging, learner-centered, and goal-focused
• Adjusting teaching approaches to meet the needs of different levels and age groups
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback
• Managing your classroom professionally and respectfully
• Contributing to curriculum development and maintaining academic standards

• At least 3 years of solid ESL teaching experience

• Confident classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent Residents
