DJI - Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead operations at the DJI | Hasselblad Fusion Flagship Store located on Orchard Road.

This flagship store represents the pinnacle of DJI and Hasselblad's retail presence in Singapore — combining cutting-edge drone technology with professional camera systems.

The Store Manager will be fully responsible for the store's sales performance, operations, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and brand presentation, ensuring the highest standards of retail excellence.

Candidates with camera sales experience or strong photography/videography knowledge will be given priority.

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and coach the retail team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Set clear performance goals and manage staff scheduling, attendance, and morale.
• Build a positive and professional work culture that aligns with DJI's global values.

2. Sales & Business Performance

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
• Promote both DJI and Hasselblad product lines with a strong focus on camera and imaging solutions.
• Provide professional photography and product recommendations to customers.
• Develop and execute in-store sales campaigns and cross-promotions.

3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure every customer receives professional, personalized service.
• Resolve complex or escalated customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Uphold a premium brand experience that reflects DJI and Hasselblad's image.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service standards.

4. Store Operations & Compliance

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Ensure all administrative tasks, documents, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor operating expenses and control costs to achieve profitability goals.

5. Inventory & Merchandising

• Manage stock levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Ensure all products are well-presented and in line with the flagship's premium visual standards.
• Oversee in-store displays for new product launches or marketing events.

6. Marketing, Workshops & Livestream Activities

• Plan, organize, and host in-store workshops, livestreams, and promotional events to engage customers and communities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and awareness for new launches.
• Partner with influencers, photographers, and local communities to enhance brand exposure.

7. Financial Accountability

• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profit margins.
• Prepare accurate financial and operational reports for management.
• Ensure proper cash reconciliation, POS accuracy, and adherence to financial guidelines.

8. Store Maintenance & Brand Image

• Ensure the flagship store maintains a clean, modern, and premium presentation at all times.
• Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and repair activities.
• Guarantee that all in-store signage, visuals, and displays meet global brand standards.

9. Liaison with Headquarters & External Partners

• Act as the main point of contact between the store, mall management, and DJI headquarters.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and mall authorities for store activities and events.
• Provide timely updates and reports to management on store performance and market trends.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in camera, consumer electronics, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of camera technology, photography, or videography is required.
• Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience organizing workshops, livestreams, and customer engagement events.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in retail software, POS, and inventory systems.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Fluency in Chinese is required.
• Candidates with prior experience in Chinese or international tech retail companies will be prioritized.
