Enhance process optimization and establish best in class methodologies. •Lead PI programs to continually improve systems and methodologies relating to yield improvement, training and process optimization. •Build strong foundations and relationships with direct reports, peers and managers within PI function and other functional areas across the network such as PEE/cPEE, TD, GQ, Fab PI, RAM etc. •Accelerate global programs driving benchmarking and standardization of best established systems and methodologies through strategic communication, negotiation and project management.Job Requirements: •Strong knowledge in Semiconductor process integration and process flows. Good experience on how process changes impact yield, quality and reliability with strong judgement on process troubleshooting. •Good ability on data plotting, analysis and failure model building. Need to demonstrate with examples of ability to troubleshoot difficult yield/process issues confidently with a data driven or model based problem solving approach. •Strong communication skills in both presentation building and oral communication. Preferably with good ability to manage dynamic communication across multiple cultures and communication styles. •Good ability to envision organizational building and people development, to take initiative when and establish clarity in direction. Require occasional travel to other Micron sites to enhance collaboration. •Have high sense of grit and tenacity, to be adaptable and flexible to evolving challenges and provide necessary strategy and approach when necessary. •Preferable >5 years experience in relevant field/ domain knowledge, with Bachelors/Masters in related fields (EE, Materials science/Eng, Physics)About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
