
Badminton Coach

Requirements:
Preferably Diploma or Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or related field (not mandatory)
Possessing knowledge of the fundamentals of badminton
Preferably 1-3 years of coaching experience
Preferably possess a coaching license (NCAP/NROC/BWF or equivalent)
First Aid & CPR certification (preferred)
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends
Basic Salary: $2k to $4k (Basic + incentives based on performance)
Working hours: 6 days scheduled (1 day 5-8 hours)
Location: Islandwide (2-3 location, need to travel)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions tailored to the skill levels of individual athletes or teams
- Develop seasonal and long-term training programs aligned with athlete goals and competition schedules
- Teach techniques, tactics, and rules of the sport to improve athlete performance
- Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive attitude
- Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during training and competitions
- Identify and nurture talent at various age and skill levels
- Collaborate with other coaches, physiotherapists, and support staff as needed
