Job Responsibilities
- To assist in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the Culinary Department.
- Preparation of mis-en-place and production of food during operation time.
- Control the consistency of quality and quantity of foods served.
- Preparing of daily market list, control food cost and ensuring proper maintenance of all operating equipment in the kitchen.
- Ensuring all team members observe all safety and hygiene standards.
