Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the Culinary Department.
  • Preparation of mis-en-place and production of food during operation time.
  • Control the consistency of quality and quantity of foods served.
  • Preparing of daily market list, control food cost and ensuring proper maintenance of all operating equipment in the kitchen.
  • Ensuring all team members observe all safety and hygiene standards.
