Career Guidance Brand Manager (Passionista – Vivarch Group)

We're hiring a Career Exposure Brand Manager who will:

(1) Drive sales and project management across all Vivarch brands, and

(2) Lead the development, expansion, and strategic direction of our career exposure and industry exploration division, Passionista.

What You'll DoDrive Sales & Manage Projects (Across All Brands)

  • Prospect, pitch, and manage strong relationships with schools, corporates, industry partners, and community organisations.
  • Oversee programme planning, coordination, and end-to-end delivery.
  • Ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and project profitability.
  • Represent Vivarch's full suite of enrichment brands (Career Exposure, Life Skills, STEM, Arts, Wellness, Sustainability, Sports, etc.).

Lead & Grow the Passionista Career Exposure Portfolio

Develop and expand programmes that introduce students to real-world industries such as:

  • Media, design, and creative industries
  • Engineering, tech, and digital sectors
  • Healthcare, social services, and community car
  • Sustainability, green industries, and smart cities
  • Business, entrepreneurship, and emerging economies
  • Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and programme strategy.
  • Identify new industry trends and expand partnerships for authentic exposure.

Design & Enhance Career Exposure Programmes

  • Conceptualise and refine workshops, learning journeys, industry challenges, and hands-on career tasters.
  • Ensure content is relevant, age-appropriate, aligned to industry realities, and engaging for students.
  • Collaborate with industry practitioners and trainers for authentic, skills-based learning.

Build Partnerships & Industry Networks

  • Work with companies, founders, practitioners, and sector leads to co-create meaningful experiences.
  • Build strong networks to support career exploration and pathways education.
  • Champion real-world learning that connects school to future possibilities.

What You Bring

  • Passion for youth development, industry engagement, and real-world learning
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Business acumen with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Organised, adaptable, and collaborative
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business, Education, Communications, or related fields preferred but not required)

  • Sales, business development, or client management experience
